Wonderful hotel set back from the main town. Room 601 is worth the extra money pure luxury with beautiful stone hot tub and large balcony. The staff are amazing the pool area and bar and stunning. The restaurant area do beautiful unique food, and the Turkish breakfast is one of the best iv had. "

" Go to the Unique, go to Fethyie, wonderful.
This is a very nice hotel with stunning views, room 603, they staff from the cleaning ladies, front desk and the restaurant were all friendly and helpful. The hotel has 19 rooms I think, which keeps the hotel very intimate and quiet whilst we were there. Adults only which was nice as we have five grand children, but nice to have a bit of peace and quiet really for a while! The swimming pool is also very nice with the staff from the bar keeping you supplied with drinks etc as and when. Just a little mention regarding breakfasts, you have basically two options or variations of these, they try to accommodate us fussy Nenglish people! There is a Turkish breakfast, also an English breakfast. If you go for the Turkish one, be warned there is a lot of it even for one, very nice but we did not like to waste such good food, the honey comb is wonderful!!! "

I loved everything! Clean, comfortable, room with a stunning view, and wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. All staff spoke excellent English. My friend and I had flown straight from work in Istanbul, and the sandwich left for us in our rooms was a very welcome touch! This adult only hotel was a real treat for 2 overworked school teachers! This was our Christmas holiday weekend and it could not have been better. A big thank you to all staff at Hotel Unique. We are already planning a return trip! "

Ein Wahnsinn dieses Hotel. Wir waren für unsere Flitterwochen dort und haben ein tolles Zimmer bekommen. Der Whirlpool mit Meerblick hat uns sehr überzeugt. Das Personal hat Klasse. Unsere Namen wurden gleich eingeprägt und somit wurden wir immer persönlich angesprochen. Frau Sinem an der Rezeption und Herr Sinan im Restaurant haben unseren Urlaub nochmals verschönert. Die Zimmer sind sauber das Frühstück im Restaurant und auf dem Zimmer hat 5 Sterne. An einem Abend waren wir im Restaurant für ein Dinner. Der Koch zaubert unglaubliches. Wir sind von diesem Hotrl mehr als überzeugt und empfehlen es an alle Paare weiter. "

+ “Otelin tasarım ve dekorasyonu harika. Temizlik harika. Odalarda kullanılan şampuan, saç kremi, vb ürünler çok kaliteli markalar. Personel son derece saygılı, kibar ve güler yüzlü. Odaların içi deseniz ayrı güzel. Yatak çok rahat. Yemek yeme imkanımız olmadı ama kahvaltısı çok çok güzel ve sunulan çeşitler gayet yeterli ve lezzetli. Havuzu çok büyük değil ama manzarası ve görünümü müthiş olmuş ki olimpik yüzücü değilseniz zaten yeterli büyüklükte. Tüm bunlara ek olarak daha da önemli iki konuyu da yazmam gerekir. Tatil öncesinde kendilerinden küçük bir ricam olmuştu. Karşılayacaklarını belirtmişlerdi beni arayıp ama otele gidince gördüm ki benim ricamın kat be kat fazlasını yapmışlardı. Ağzım açık kaldı resmen. Bir de tatilimiz sırasında kendileriyle ilgisi olmayan ama dolaylı yoldan oteli ilgilendiren bir problemimiz oldu. Kendilerine anlattık ve o sorunumuzu da hiç aklımıza gelmeyecek şekilde bir kaç saat içinde sonuçlandırdılar. Kısacası memnuniyetimiz tavandı.Hatta sırf burada yazdığım sebeplerle 2017 rezervasyonumuzu da şimdiden kesinleştirdik. Kısmetse bu sefer daha uzun kalacak şekilde. Kısacası bu oteli tereddütsüz tercih edebilirsiniz. Tahmin ediyorum ki bir sefer daha gelmek ihtimali aklınızda canlanacak. 10 üzerinden 11-12 belki 13 vereceğim bir otel.”
- Ücretsiz otopark mevcut ama yoğun bir dönemde yer bulamayabilirsiniz. Biraz küçük kalmış konumu nedeniyle. Our room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking the marina (level 5). Thebreakfasts on the terrace (level 4) were sensational, the most generous and delicious. And you also enjoyed the good view. The pool area on level 3 was beautiful, quiet and relaxing, also with a view. We borrowed bikes on our first morning and cycled around the waterfront. The old town is only a short walk away. We only stayed 2 nights as part of our driving holiday. Wished we could have stayed longer. Best hotel we have visited in Turkey. Highly recommend. "

" Lovely decor, and fantastically comfy bed!
We stayed here for 2 nights before 6 nights of sailing, and I am so glad we did. The pool is lovely, and you are brought iced lemonade and ice cold flannels to keep you cool during the Turkish heat! The staff are great too and our room was fantastic - 2 blaconies, incredibly comfy bed, great shower and very tasteful decor. We had a hot tub on our balcony which was amazing, although it was so loud when we turned the jets on that we were too scared to properly use it in case of disturbing the other guests with the loud mechanical whirring! We also had a little party of ants sharing our room - after much investigation, I found a tiny crumb of Pringle left by the pervious guests in the corner of the room underneath an armchair! Once I removed that, the ants went with it - but I was surprised that the hotel hadn't spotted this on changeover, and a 2nd time when they came to turn down the bed after our 1st night. Overall, it is a wonderful hotel, and felt very luxurious, while still being unique as the hotel name suggests! If I visit Fethiye again, I will definitely come back here. "

" Great hotel with wonderful staff
We had just completed a week of sailing within the Fethiye and Gocek region, and had booked a one night stay in this hotel with the hope that it was going to be better than the previous hotels we've stayed at in Fethiye. Because it was our last night of vacation we booked the deluxe room with private patio sauna. When we arrived the staff was very friendly and immediately offered us water and refreshments to cool us down since it had been between 35-40C the whole week. Once the room was available, the friendly staff showed us around the hotel; pool, bar, and restaurant, and proudly talked about the history of the building and hotel. The room was amazing, with wonderful views of the water and very private patio. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning was great and very easy to use. We had dinner in the restaurant that night, and were very satisfied with the food. The breakfast in the morning was also first class. I would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Fethiye, and hope we get to visit again someday. "

Finally, the hotel staff could not do enough for you, nothing was too much trouble from the house keeping all the way through to the hotel manager. The ladder into the pool is a little slippery & dangerous. The air conditioning was of poor standard. Took a long time to cool the room down. Once it was it was good. "

My Mum and I have just spent a week at the delightful, new Unique Hotel, it couldn't have been more perfect, with its quaint, rustic charm. Situated in Karagozler, on the hillside overlooking Fethiye Bay. within walking distance to the marina, harbour and Paspteur.
We felt totally at home, our room was spacious and tastefully decorated, and with the most perfect view over the Bay. The housekeeping staff left it immaculate everyday.

Thank you to Sezer, restaurant manager and to Yelda, they made us most welcome, nothing was a problem, we were totally spoilt with the delicious buffet breakfast and the afternoon tea treats, great Turkish Kahve!
This boutique hotel has 19 rooms, the use of natural materials gives the hotel a traditional, Turkish feel, a very special place and so look forward to my next visit. "

What a fabulous hotel! We stayed here for a week and wished it were longer.
The hotel is in an amazing location, set into the hillside with stunning views.
Our room was well appointed, lovely bathroom, kingsize bed, quiet air conditioning and a big balcony with fabulous views over the harbour and bay beyond.
The attention to detail in this hotel is exceptional and the staff are really keen to make your holiday special.
In particular, Sezer and Yelda were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble.
The restaurant looked over the marina and served very good food. Not an extensive menu but everything was well cooked and delicious
The breakfast buffet was excellent, plenty of variety and cooked items to order. I would say, to previous reviewers who expect their "English Breakfast" cooked and served in the British way, don't bother to go abroad for your holidays or choose a resort such as Benidorm that caters for the British diet. I found the breakfasts delicious and loved the Turkish take on presentation!
In terms of location, a 5 minute stroll takes you to the promenade and the old town and the Dolmus stop is virtually outside the hotel .
In summary, if you want something special, in a lovely location, with friendly, helpful staff, book a holiday at the Unique. You won't regret it. "

This is a fantastic hotel. The hotel is situated on a private street very close to the marina and is built into the narrow space with a great deal of attention to detail and style. The staff were particularly helpful and went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. The breakfast is offered in the charming building on one of the rooftops. We stayed in the hotel for three nights and would definitely return. "

The other balcony looking over the outside pool. Infinity pool with private relaxing spaces and bar were a perfect way to spend a few hours in between activities. Excellent & comfortable room. The Turkish breakfast in the morning was outstanding and a fabulous way to start our day. Very helpful, friendly & accomodating staff (english well spoken). Harbor center, shops & restaurants within walking distance. A minibus (Dolmus) stops in front of the hotel. Highly recommended ! "
